About LiftMath
LiftMath exists to make common lifting calculations fast, transparent, and easy to repeat.
Who builds this
LiftMath is built by an indie developer who lifts. The calculator math is double-checked against the original source papers behind Epley, Brzycki, Lombardi, Mayhew, Wathan, and related validation studies.
The training percentages follow the same conventions used in standard intermediate barbell programs such as 5/3/1, nSuns, Texas Method, and GZCL. Have a correction or feature request? Email feedback@liftmath.com.
What we build
Free calculators for one rep max estimates, training percentages, TDEE, macros, body composition, and powerlifting points.
What we do not do
LiftMath does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or replace coaching. The tools are practical planning aids.
